If you know you're dealing with stress incontinence you can gain a lot by doing pelvic floor training regularly. If you live with urge incontinence, you can exercise your bladder's ability to hold urine. This means an increase in the amount of urine the bladder can hold and a gradual increase in the time between emptying at intervals (delayed urination).

Regardless of the cause or type, being open about incontinence helps remove the stigma and encourages those struggling to learn more about their condition.
