Mixed Incontinence

Mixed Incontinence

Mixed incontinence is a condition where you experience both stress incontinence (involuntary leakage when pressure is applied to your abdomen) and urge incontinence (when your bladder is overactive). However, you will probably notice that one of the two is more prominent.

Strengthening your pelvic floor is the simplest way to reduce the risk of urinary incontinence. Five minutes a day can make a tremendous difference and greatly reduce the risk of leaks.

You can also manage the symptoms of mixed incontinence with pads, liners or underwear. Let our Client Coordinators help find a product that's right for you!
