Inflatable Core Training

Inflatables improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and are fun. Used by therapists class for vestibular movement and equilibrium therapy, by fitness professionals for stretching and strength programs, as seats, and even in birthing classes. Under inflate for a soft, cushy feel or fully inflate for a firm, bouncy feel.
